KT Tunstall Talks Us Through Her Musical Tastes

Multi-platinum singer-songwriter, KT Tunstall, is currently on tour of the USA, sharing music from her new album KIN.

KIN is an explosive 11-track collection of pop tunes, that KT views as a full blooded follow up to her multi-platinum debut album Eye To The Telescope. It includes a duet with KT fan James Bay entitled “Two Way”, as well as the raucous rebellion of “It Took Me So Long To Get Here, But Here I Am” and an infectious call to arms in the shape of “Hard Girls”

Known for barbed lyrics and melodic hooks Tunstall has long been noted as an artist of unique and unforced style. To get a sense of the influences and sounds that shaped her musical path, and the release of her new music ARTISTdirect invited KT to share some of her favorite musical memories.
